We are looking for an IT Recruitment Team Leader with a very good understanding of the specificity of the IT industry. We are looking for a strategically minded, independent and proactive person who will easily fit into a dynamic work environment and be ready to get involved in building and developing our business with the People team.



  • monitoring and constantly improving the IT recruitment process at Fabrity,
  • building and managing relationships with hiring managers,
  • team development and building a long-term recruitment strategy,
  • analyzing the effectiveness of actions taken,
  • taking care of the high level of candidate experience,
  • independently manage recruitment processes for demanding roles,
  • participation in various HR and EB projects.



  • you have experience (minimum 3 years) as an expert or leader in a recruitment agency (IT area) or in the internal recruitment department of a technology company,
  • you have a creative and innovative approach to recruiting issues in the IT industry,
  • you organize your work and that of your team very well,
  • you are a responsible person and value independence,
  • you think analytically and draw conclusions quickly,
  • you know the English language at a level that allows you to communicate easily,
  • you have positive energy, lots of enthusiasm and you smile a lot.

Recruitment process

In Fabrity we understand that the recruitment process should be effective and based on partnership relation.

Even if you do not join our team today, you might do so in a year. Moreover, to take care of our clients’ interests we have to be sure that we choose capable and valuable people for our teams.

Preliminary interview and invitation for a meeting

If your application meets the requirements of the chosen position we will contact you and after confirmation of the most important requirements, we will invite you for the meeting.

Job interview

During one meeting we are going to ask you all the questions that need to be asked and no more. If recruitment involves a technical position, you will take a written or oral competence test.

Conditions confirmation

If you pass the job interview, we will determine important employment/cooperation conditions in a suitable mode. You will have a chance to get to know all the details. Determined conditions are going to be confirmed in a letter of intent and we will eagerly wait for the day you join us. If we had had a job interview with you but had not decided to offer you a cooperation offer, you can always count on our honest feedback.
