The Talent Academy is an internship programme for 3rd, 4th and 5th year students and IT graduates specializing in software development. It is dedicated to people who have already gained some theoretical knowledge and want to take their first professional steps in the IT area. It consists of a 3-month, intensive training, where participants take part in the entire software development cycle and learn everything what it takes to become a Junior Developer.

During the programme, we guarantee a salary and after its completion, we will present attractive job offers for the best participants! At Fabrity, you will combine professional development with studies – it is possible to complete an internship of 20 hours a week.


  • knowledge of technology: C#,.NET Core, JavaScript,
  • academic knowledge of databases and software engineering,
  • knowledge of English at least at B1 level,
  • willingness to learn and develop.



  • getting familiar with technologies: NET Core (MVC and API), MS SQL Server, React,
  • analysis of the business needs of future application users,
  • configuration of the development environment on virtual machines with Windows Server system,
  • designing the application architecture,
  • managing the application’s source code using GIT,
  • implementation of the Microsoft SQL Server database using Entity Framework technology with the Code First approach,
  • design and implementation of business logic mechanisms divided into server and client parts,
  • design and implementation of the user interface using the available React components,
  • testing of produced functionalities,
  • cooperation with the product owner at every stage of its development, using the SCRUM methodology.



  • participation in a recruitment interview with a substantive supervisor you will later have the opportunity to work with,
  • flexible working hours and remote cooperation,
  • payment of the internship,
  • conducting the internship by an individual supervisor who acts as your mentor and owner of the product you are working on,
  • gaining experience in practice on real, interesting projects and the ones carried out in a modern way
  • the possibility of continuing cooperation after its completion, i.e. a smooth transition from an internship project to a commercial one,
  • a certificate of completing an internship for the university, detailing your new skills.

Preliminary interview and invitation for a meeting

If your application meets the requirements of the chosen position we will contact you and after confirmation of the most important requirements, we will invite you for the meeting.

Job interview

During one meeting we are going to ask you all the questions that need to be asked and no more. If recruitment involves a technical position, you will take a written or oral competence test.

Conditions confirmation

If you pass the job interview, we will determine important employment/cooperation conditions in a suitable mode. You will have a chance to get to know all the details. Determined conditions are going to be confirmed in a letter of intent and we will eagerly wait for the day you join us.
