New website and ticketing system for the Copernicus Science Centre
Our collaboration with the Fabrity team on the redesign of our website and ticketing system confirmed their professionalism, flexibility, and deep expertise in developing digital products. At every stage, we could count on their quick response and openness to our needs, which was extremely important for a project of such significance to our institution and our visitors.
Fabrity effectively translated the results of the UX audit into tangible improvements in information architecture and the purchasing process, providing users with an intuitive and modern experience. Thanks to our joint efforts, we created a website that not only meets our business objectives but also strengthens the CNK brand’s image in the digital space.

How we helped
The starting point for the project was a UX audit conducted by the client, which served as the foundation for the portal’s redesign. An analysis of the collected materials made it possible to identify the key user pain points and areas requiring improvement. The focus was placed on the homepage, the presentation of the offer, and the ticket purchasing path.
As a result of the work, a simplified information architecture was created, which included, among other things, reducing the number of items in the main navigation and developing a coherent program of attractions divided by the type of participation (active exploration — exhibitions, passive—planetarium and shows, non-ticketed events—recurring and one-off).
We designed a new ticket purchasing path that guides the user step by step through the entire process—regardless of the device being used. Well-established e-commerce mechanisms were applied to ensure an intuitive and comfortable shopping experience.
The website was fully adapted for mobile devices—it dynamically adjusts to all screen resolutions without negatively affecting the purchasing process. The entire solution was built upon the client’s new visual identity, making the portal not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and visually consistent.
From a technological standpoint, we implemented solutions ensuring high performance, security, and improved search engine optimization, further enhancing the website’s visibility and user experience.
