Our approach
We work across IT and OT
We design and build the software, and select the hardware to fit the problem—not the other way around. One team covers both worlds.
We configure from day one
Shaped to your plant, not to our template. Within weeks you are looking at data from your own machines, not at a demo.
We deploy without stopping your line
Deployment runs alongside production, following IEC 62443 practices. We read from your PLCs without touching control or safety logic.

How to start
1. Workshop and audit
Scope. Review of your OT infrastructure and machine park, existing data sources (SCADA, MES, ERP), network and security constraints, and the processes where losses are known but not quantified—downtime, changeovers, scrap, energy.
Result. An opportunity map ranked by financial impact, a target architecture, a defined PoC scope with success criteria, and an implementation plan with costing.
2. Measurement / telemetry / vision PoC
Scope. A working installation on a limited area: one department, one line, a few machines, or plant utilities. Meters, sensors, gateways, data acquisition from existing controllers, and dashboards in Nexen. A camera station where vision inspection is in scope.
Result. Production data from your own process, a measured baseline, verified data quality and model accuracy, and a business case built on your numbers.
3. Decision based on data
Scope. PoC results against the agreed success criteria and the business case from the audit.
Result. A go / no-go decision with scope, budget, and timeline.
4. Deployment
Scope. Rollout to the agreed scope, delivered in stages without interrupting production.
Result. A production system with working integrations, trained users, and documentation.
5. Scaling
Scope. Further departments and plants on the architecture already in place. New use cases added on top of the existing data layer.
Result. Consistent data and reporting across sites, without a second integration project.
Engagement and commercial models
Fixed price
Defined scope and budget—for pilots, PoCs, and well-specified rollouts. Payment in stages, against accepted deliverables.
Time and materials
Billing for the team’s actual time—for development work and evolving scope. Backlog, reports, and a demo each sprint.
Dedicated team
A standing team that knows your plant and processes—for development, maintenance, and further modules. Size scales with need.
What you own
Platform products
Nexen, MES / MPS / CMMS—license plus subscription, with maintenance and SLA. Version upgrades included in the subscription.
Custom solutions
Code and IP transfer to the client. Documentation and knowledge handover are standard.
Service and support
SLA agreements covering hardware and software maintenance—one partner accountable end-to-end.
